THE COMMONSPACE

Building connection through the power of story—one workshop at a time.

CommonSpace in Classrooms provides an opportunity for high school youth to learn the art and craft of personal storytelling–resulting in sharing and listening to one another’s experiences with curiosity and empathy.  Together, workshop participants find common ground with their peers while learning valuable storytelling skills they can utilise and build upon for years to come.

The CommonSpace partners with organisations of all kinds—from schools and startups to nonprofits and Fortune 500s—to design custom storytelling experiences that bring people together. Whether you're leading a team, teaching a class, or building community, these workshops help you harness the power of storytelling to inspire, influence, and connect more effectively. Participants learn to craft and share stories that reflect who they are and forge deeper connections with classmates, colleagues, and clients. It’s storytelling with purpose—and it starts right where you are.

CommonSpace in Communities works with local institutions, non-profits, and cultural organisations to introduce storytelling as a tool to further their goals and objectives. Our workshops cultivate connection by engaging participants with powerful storytelling and shared experiences. We help organisations shape narratives highlighting their work to share broadly to raise mission awareness and garner crucial support.

Whether our participants are high school students, nonprofit clients, or C-suite executives, every workshop is led by a team of  experienced instructors  who ensure every workshop is grounded in trust, collaboration, empathy, and genuine enjoyment.

CommonSpace in Business works with organizations to develop goal- oriented workshops that strengthen teams, bolster communication skills and inspire creativity and collaboration. We produce private events and trainings for groups of all sizes, as well as produce keynote storytelling events to bring a more personalised and focused approach to corporate gatherings.
